What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment for all online purchases: Visa,
MasterCard, & Discover.
Your order will not be processed if the credit card you entered is declined
or unauthorized.
We also accept money orders, cashiers checks or cash wires. These payments
are also eligible for a discount. In those cases we
will ship the product once the payment is received. When you send a check
the order will be processed once the check is cleared. Please contact us
first if you are using this payment method.

Is my credit card information safe when ordering from Orion Pit Bike
Sales?
Yes! Keeping your personal information secure is our top priority. We use a
256 bit encrypted system to receive orders (watch your address bar when you
click to buy a product, you are being directed to our special encrypted
checkout system). We will never sale, rent, or
lease your personal information, including your email address, to anyone for
any reason. We will also ask you to confirm your shipping address just to
make sure we get your order right the first time.
Do you offer bulk rate discounts?
Yes, we do. If you plan to purchase 2 or more, contact us at
866-475-5692 and we will give you a bulk rate or multi bike discount discount.
Do you guarantee color choices?
Colors are not guaranteed, we try our best to match your requested color.
However, color is based on stock availability. We recommend that you choose
2 color choices when ordering. Graphics may vary from model to model.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order unless it has been shipped or if you have ordered
a custom built bike and we have started the process of your build.
Cancellation fees?
Cancellation of a pit bike order: Cancellation/Admin.
fee, for any reason other than the item being out of stock, is 20% of the
invoice total. We do not accept cancellation of order(s) because of color
availability or model upgrades (bike models are subject to change). We do
not allow cancellation of Stock/Mod pit bikes or Race Ready pit bikes.
Canceling orders due to item being back ordered will result in a 5%
cancellation fee. Most back ordered models are restocked every 2-3 weeks.

order parts. Most parts are in stock and available but because of
manufacturing and supply issues with certain part brands, occasionally an
item might be backordered. Such items usually restock within 2 weeks or
less.
If you
refuse delivery of any items after they ship you will also be responsible
for all shipping cost associated with your purchase. There are no refunds
for any cost associated with labor or service charges.
SHIPPING
When will you ship my order(s)?
We will ship your order within 24-48 hours after your payment and
conformation is received. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be
processed on the next business day.

Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
We ship daily, Monday through Friday.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Normal delivery time is
4-8 business days in transit. Our
shipments come from our warehouses in Texas and California so depending on
where you live, will determine the exact shipment time. Shipping times are
estimations.

Can I ship to an alternative address?
If you wish to ship to a different address, you must email us at
info@orionpitbikesales.com immediately
after you place your order and notify us of this. You can also call us at
866-475-5692 to request a different shipping address. You will need to prove
identity of your order with your order number and credit card information.
We do not deliver bikes to PO Box addresses.
How much is the shipping cost on bikes within the continental USA?
If you choose us to
handle the shipping for you, your will get free shipping. All products are
shipped by GROUND and we only ship within the continental USA for free. If
you prefer your own shipping method please contact us. If you need
international shipping please contact us.

Do you ship outside of the USA?
Yes we do.
We now have $250 Flat Rate shipping on
all pit bikes (except 250cc, email for price) to the London Int'l Airport.
This flat rate price will cover shipping form our facility directly to
London International Airport. You will be responsible for any Taxes, Duty's,
Fee's, etc. You will also be responsible for any transportation or delivery
cost if you want a delivery directly to you form the London International
Airport. We have a company that can help you with the delivery within the
UK, please email us for details.
If you order a bike online from the UK,
we will automatically charge you the extra $250 shipping charge.
For shipping outside of the USA or UK please contact our sales department at
866-475-5692. You can also email your address to us and we will quote you a
shipping rate.

What do I do if my shipment is damaged upon arrival?
Be sure to fully inspect the shipment when it arrives (even if the driver
has to wait), notify the driver of
any damage or missing pieces and mark the Bill of Lading or the Receiving
document as "Damaged". We are not responsible for damaged or
missing items that you do not signed for as "damaged". If you received a damaged item please contact customer support
immediately at

or call 866-475-5692. You have 15 days form the time of delivery to make a
claim. We will recover the package and a replacement unit or
parts will be sent to you as soon as possible if necessary.
Can I exchange an item?
Customer must notify us within 48
hours of arrival date if you would like to exchange. We will exchange only if the returned
product is in brand new, un-used, resellable condition. Unless the bike was
purchased directly form Orion Pit Bike Sales we are not responsible for
products or parts not fitting your particular model and exchanges will be
subject to a 20% restocking fee.
You have sixty (60) days to return parts.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Orion pit bike
sales.
We do not accept unauthorized packages. We recommend that you use a
signature confirmation when you return items. We reserve the right to refuse
any returns.
We are not responsible for shipping cost associated with returned item(s).
We do not exchange or return product due to shipping damage. There is no
exchange on stock/mod bikes or race bikes.

What warranty do I have on
a bike I buy?
Orion Pit Bike Sales hereby
warrants that new Pit Bikes, excluding race bikes purchased from Orion Pit Bike
Sales in the continental United States will be free from defects in material
and workmanship for the period of time stated herein, subject to certain
stated limitations.
THE PERIOD OF WARRANTY for
the Pit Bikes shall be 12 months (6 months on 250cc or higher models) from
the date of purchase. OPBS "Special Edition race bikes" come with a full 90
day warranty, one (1) year structural warranty and lifetime frame warranty
as it applies to that model (see models that include the lifetime frame
warranty below).
The following models have a
"lifetime warranty" against manufacturers defects on the frame itself: OPBS
X, XG, X3R-125, X3R-125 Stock/Mod, X5R-125, X5R-125 Stock/Mod, X3R-150SE,
29-125, 30-150, 30-250 and 31-250. Warranty not available or implied on
modified or upgraded motors or parts. All warranties are non-transferable.
DURING THE PERIOD OF WARRANTY
Orion Pit Bike Sales will free of charge, repair or replace any part
adjudged defective by Orion Pit Bike Sales due to faulty workmanship or
material from the factory. Parts used in warranty repairs will be warranted
for the balance of the product’s warranty period. All parts replaced under
warranty become property of Orion Pit Bike Sales. Replacement part(s) are on
a trade basis only and customer is responsible for shipping original,
damaged part(s)
to our location (OPBS will cover shipping of the replacement part). If
warranty is approved, we DO NOT ship out replacement parts until original,
damaged part(s) is received. If warranty is denied, customer is responsible
for all shipping charges incurred to return those parts if requested back by
customer.
GENERAL EXCLUSIONS from this
warranty shall include any failures caused by:
- Competition or racing use.
- Installation of parts or
accessories that are not qualitatively equivalent to genuine parts from
Orion Pit Bike Sales.
- Installation of major
components (suspension, wheels, motors or any related components) that are
not bought directly from Orion Pit Bike Sales
- Abnormal strain, neglect
or abuse.
- Lack of proper
maintenance.
- Accident or collision
damage.
- Modification of original
parts.
- Outside
repair or attempt to repair.
- Damage due to improper
transportation.
SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS from this
warranty shall include parts replaced due to normal wear or routine
maintenance; such as spark plugs, oil, oil filter, air filter, cables,
hoses, shocks, forks, brake
shoes, sprockets, chains, belts, tires, tubes, etc.
THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY
under this warranty shall be to:
- Operate and maintain the
Dirt Bike as specified in the appropriate owner’s manual or by the dealer.
For more information of maintenance, please refer to your dealer.
- Give notice to Orion Pit
Bike Sales of any and all apparent defects within 5 days after discovery,
and make the machine available at that time for inspection and repairs at
such dealer’s place of business.
- Be prepared to provide
digital photos of any defective parts.
ALL MODELS
Twelve (12) months from the original purchase date. Six (6) months on all
250cc and over models. Special Edition race bikes come
with a 90 day structural warranty. Warranty not available or implied on
modified or upgraded motors or parts.
ORION PIT BIKE SALES
MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. ALL IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHICH
EXCEED THE OBLIGATIONS AND TIME LIMITS STATED IN THIS WARRANTY ARE HEREBY
DISCLAIMED BY ORION PIT BIKE SALES AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY.

Can I get parts?
Yes. Parts for bikes are available. You can order them directly from us.

How do I work on my bike?
We recommend you find a local motorcycle mechanic for service on your bike.
We have even found that a lot of lawn equipment mechanics can fix things on
our bikes because they have similar 4 stroke motors. If you are
having problems finding a mechanic, email us and we will try to help you as
much as possible.
Is it safe for my child to ride your bikes?
Yes. It is safe when the child is the right age and following the
recommended safety precautions.

Do your bikes require assembly?
They arrive at your door 95% assembled. Some minor adjustments will be
necessary, but the process is not complicated and should take no more than
30 minutes.

Is there a refund policy?
Return/Refund of a bike order:
If you are not completely satisfied with your pit bike purchase you
can return it and we will refund you the purchase price minus a 20% restock
fee. You have ten (10) days to return the bike for a refund. We will not
accept any bike return after ten (10) days.
Return/Refund of a bike order:
If you are not completely satisfied with your part purchase you can
return it and we will refund you the purchase price minus a 20% restock fee.
You have sixty (60) days to return parts. We will not accept part returns
after sixty (60) days. We are not responsible for any parts not fitting your
particular model unless you purchased the bike, for such parts, directly
from Orion Pit Bike Sales. There is no refund on special order or custom
parts.
Product must be in original packaging, un-used, brand new condition and must
be resalable.
We do not accept returns because of color availability or model upgrades
(bike models are subject to change).
Any damage incurred during shipping or otherwise the product back will be your
responsibility. We do not refund or exchange due to shipping damages. All
shipments are insured and will be covered if damaged.
If you refuse delivery of any items after they ship you will be responsible
for all shipping cost associated with the return shipping of your
product. There are no refunds for any cost associated with labor or service
charges. Refunds due to return could also be subject to any special/abnormal
fees associated with shipping if applicable. (i.e. lift gate service, inside
delivery, etc.)
If you need to return an item please contact us and we can also assist you
in shipping the product back and discounted shipping costs.
