Warranty Request
To request a warranty of a part(s), please follow the instructions below.

1. Read warranty policy thoroughly before submitting your warranty claim. You can view it here: FAQ and we have another copy of it at the bottom of this page.

2. Fill out  the warranty request form below and click submit.

3. PRINT OUT  the confirmation form that comes up after you click submit. (You will send this in with the warranty part)

4. You will receive an email authorizing your return within 24 hrs. DO NOT  return any parts until you receive your authorization. We reserve the right to deny un-warranted claims and will inform you of this via email. Any parts received without proper authorization will not be accepted and you will be responsible for the cost of returning these parts.

5. Enclose the printed out form and your authorization email along with your part(s) and send to:

Orion Pit Bike Sales hereby warrants that new Pit Bikes, excluding race bikes purchased from Orion Pit Bike Sales in the continental United States will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of time stated herein, subject to certain stated limitations.

THE PERIOD OF WARRANTY for the Pit Bikes shall be 12 months (6 months on 250cc or higher models) from the date of purchase. Special Edition race bikes come with a 30 day structural warranty only. Warranty not available or implied on modified or upgraded motors or parts. Warranty is non-transferable.

DURING THE PERIOD OF WARRANTY Orion Pit Bike Sales will free of charge, repair or replace any part adjudged defective by Orion Pit Bike Sales due to faulty workmanship or material from the factory. Parts used in warranty repairs will be warranted for the balance of the product’s warranty period. All parts replaced under warranty become property of Orion Pit Bike Sales. Replacement part(s) are on a trade basis only and customer is responsible for shipping original, damaged part(s) to our location (OPBS will cover shipping of the replacement part). If warranty is approved, we DO NOT ship out replacement parts until original, damaged part(s) is received. If warranty is denied, customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred to return those parts if requested back by customer.

GENERAL EXCLUSIONS from this warranty shall include any failures caused by:

1. Competition or racing use.
2. Installation of parts or accessories that is not qualitatively equivalent to genuine parts from Orion Pit Bike Sales.
3. Abnormal strain, neglect or abuse.
4. Lack of proper maintenance.
5. Accident or collision damage.
6. Modification of original parts.
7. Outside repair or attempt to repair.
8. Damage due to improper transportation.

SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS from this warranty shall include parts replaced due to normal wear or routine maintenance; such as spark plugs, oil, oil filter, air filter, cables, hoses, brake shoes, etc.

THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY under this warranty shall be to:

1. Operate and maintain the Dirt Bike as specified in the appropriate owner’s manual or by the dealer. For more information of maintenance, please refer to your dealer.
2. Give notice to Orion Pit Bike Sales of any and all apparent defects within 5 days after discovery, and make the machine available at that time for inspection and repairs at such dealer’s place of business.
3. Be prepared to provide digital photos of any defective parts.

ALL MODELS
Twelve (12) months from the original purchase date. Six (6) months on all 250cc and over models.  Special Edition race bikes come with a 30 day structural warranty. Warranty not available or implied on modified or upgraded motors or parts.

ORION PIT BIKE SALES MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHICH EXCEED THE OBLIGATIONS AND TIME LIMITS STATED IN THIS WARRANTY ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY ORION PIT BIKE SALES AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY.
